		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="2">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Umplutura </div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Intr-un castron punem carnea, rosiile, sucul de rosii, orezul (pe care l-am spalat anterior intr-o strecuratoare), patrunjelul, ceapa taiata marunt (optional), sare, piper, oregano si jumatate din ulei, le amestecam bine si pana pregatim ardeii, lasam la o parte ca sa patrunda aromele in toata compozitia.</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="3">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Ardeii </div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Spalam ardeii, inlaturam cotorul taind cu grija de jur imprejur si taiem pe urma un capac de grosimea unui deget cu un cutit ascutit, lasand o bucata de vreo 3-4 cm netaiata in care se tine capacul de restul ardeiului (dupa cum se poate vedea si in fotografiile de mai jos), inlaturam semintele din interiorul ardeiului si ii punem pe rand intr-o tava.</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="4">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Ardeii umpluti </div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Umplem ardeii cu compozitia pregatita, ii presaram pe deasupra cu piper, oregano si putina sare si turnam pe deasupra ardeilor, cate putin la fiecare, restul uleiului. Punem aprox. 400-500 gr de apa in tava si o bagam la cuptor preincalzit la 180-190 oC aprox 1 ora, avand grija la aprox ½ ora, dupa ce iau culoare pe o parte, sa-i intoarcem si pe partea cealalta.</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="5">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Varianta </div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Putem folosi aceeasi compozitie ca sa umplem rosii, dovlecei si cartofi. In acest caz la rosii si la dovlecei inlaturam miezul lor, il dam pe razatoare si il adaugam in compozitia de umplutura. La cartofi, ii curatam de coaja, ii taiem in lung pe jumatate si inlaturam o parte din miezul lor ca sa putem adauga umplutura. Se pot folosi, dupa gustul fiecaruia, oricare din legume separat sau impreuna.</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="6">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Si inca ceva</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Ceapa este mentionata in cele mai multe retete optional. Motivul este ca, desi retetele traditionale contin ceapa, eu personal nu am mai folosit. Am descoperit astfel ca mancarurile au pastrat gustul bun, dar ca sunt mai usoare, in special pentru cine are sensibilitate la stomac. Merita incercat.</li>			</ol>

Adaugam orezul (pe care l-am spalat anterior), rosiile, sucul de rosii, morcovii sau/si dovleceii, vanata (optional), mararul, sarea, piperul, oreganul, zaharul sau stafidele (optional) si amestecam ca sa nu se prinda adaugand putina apa pana se inmoaie orezul.</li>			</ol>

Il punem intr-un castron si adaugam uleiul, rosiile, sucul de rosii,  morcovii sau/si dovleceii, vanata (optional), ceapa, mararul, sarea, piperul, oreganul, zaharul sau stafidele (optional) si amestecam ca sa se omogenizeze compozitia.</li>			</ol>

		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="1">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Executare</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Spalam ardeii, ii stergem bine de apa si ii prajim in tigaie in ulei incins, intorcandu-i, cand se rumenesc pe o parte, pe partea cealalta. Greutatea in aceasta reteta simpla este ca la prajit ardeii stropesc in toate partile, oricat de bine i-am sterge de apa. De aceea se prajesc cu capac, iar cand e nevoie sa-i intoarcem ii luam de pe foc, asteptam intai sa nu mai sfaraie si apoi inlaturam capacul, ii intoarcem si ii punem iar pe foc ca sa intregim prajitul lor. Dupa ce se rumenesc pe ambele parti punem si usturoiul si il lasam 1 min. ca sa se inmoaie si sa-si scoata aroma. Repetam acelasi procedeu ca si atunci cand ii intoarcem si cand ii scoatem din tigaie, iar apoi ii punem pe platou pe o hartie absorbanta de bucatarie sau pe servetele si ii presaram cu sare. Adaugam o lingura de otet inainte sa ii servim si se pot ornamenta cu patrunjel taiat marunt. Se pot manca calzi sau reci si se pot pastra la frigider acoperiti 3-4 zile.</li>			</ol>
